LET'S CELEBRATE 25!
The Annual Gala is organized on November 1, 2019, by the Alumni Association of SSE Riga to highlight shared vision for the development of the Baltic countries and provide financial support for SSE Riga and students helping to enhance the quality of education in Baltics.
This marks a special year for SSE Riga, as this year we celebrate already the 25th anniversary of the institution that has served as the stepping stone for so many bright minds! Let's pay tribute to the quarter-century of SSE Riga with a grand month-long celebration in November, commencing with the annual Presidents' Dinner on November 1, 2019. The Annual Gala is organized by the Alumni Association of SSE Riga and profits will be used to provide financial support to young talents and help to enhance the quality of education at SSE Riga. Taavi will address, is the Baltics a great entrepreneurship area and shouldn’t we rebrand Baltics to new Nordics?
Taavi is the former Prime Minister of Estonia, ex-Minister of Social Affairs, and currently Member of Estonian Parliament. Well recognized as great speaker, who dares to provoke status quo and bring on the stage a mind boggling rhetoric.
The President will address the audience with reflections on immense changes the world and the Baltic society are undergoing by entering what is called "the Fourth Industrial Revolution".
Mr. Levits has also personally contributed with content for the SSE Riga 25th Anniversary book.
Anders Paalzow has been the Rector of Stockholm School of Economics in Riga since 1999. Anders will address key milestones the school has experienced over the 25 years since its founding, as well as the future challanges that lay ahead.
